The CEPA Regulatory Affairs Committee has been working with CDPHE for the past several months regarding the process for sampling surfacing materials added onto base materials.  Members have participated by providing feedback and asking valid questions.  The result, CDPHE will present to CEPA at the Member Meeting the anticipated Guidance Document.
