Advanced Remediation Services Inc (dba ARS) specializes in Environmental Remediation, specifically abatement services (and including Regulated Asbestos Contaminated Soils or RACS), and is a licensed General Abatement General Contractor. Additional services include mold abatement, lead-based paint removal, and selective demolition. Our team has a combined experience in remediation asbestos project management of hundreds of projects for numerous clients, totaling over $27MIL in project value. In addition, team members specifically possess Regulated Asbestos Contaminated Soils (RACS) experience, from large projects to small ones. Our team’s project history includes over 150 demolition projects, ranging in size from just under $1K to over $1MIL, and totaling about $7.5MIL in aggregate value.
ARS team members are highly-skilled and trained to ensure every project is completed on time, on budget, and – most importantly – safely. Company Owner and President Shawn Renville possesses over 26 years of experience in the field. The management team (project managers and site superintendents) each bring no less than 15 – 20 years of experience to the project table. Our crew supervisors each bring at least 10 years of experience. ARS’ preference is to perform project tasks in-house, and this amounts to 90-95% of the time.
