Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects (formerly RLH Engineering) has been in business locally in Colorado for over 35 years, providing both environmental consulting and project management services since its inception. We have completed more than 2,900 environmental consulting engagements, involving asbestos, lead, radon, mold, and regulated building materials; and have served as project manager for various clients on over 50 capital improvement programs. Beyond our technical capabilities, we seek to serve our clients by providing timely, quality and personalized attention to the many facets of our consulting work. We believe our clients deserve sensitivity and responsiveness, particularly when projects are highly visible, environmentally sensitive, and complex.
With a local principal place of business in Windsor, and an emphasis on personal service; our staff provide a range of industrial hygiene and environmental consulting services to assist with the assessment, identification, design/bidding, oversight, and air monitoring during removal of hazardous materials frequently found in older structures and facilities. Our personnel hold current certifications through Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) in Building Inspector, Air Monitoring Specialist (AMS), Project Designer, and Management Planner disciplines.
